Announcing the appointment of an external auditor
Ltd. has appointed Samdeok Accounting Firm, selected by the Audit Committee of the Company, as its external auditor pursuant to Article 10 (1) and Article 10 (4) of the Act on External Auditors of Joint Stock Companies, etc.
Pursuant to Article 12 (1) of the Act on External Audit of Joint Stock Companies and Others and Article 18 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, we hereby announce the appointment of external auditors as follows.
1. External Auditor: Samdeok Accounting Firm
2. term of appointment: fiscal years 2024 through 2026
